98 Sonoma 4 cyl. Sluggish

Hello,I have a 98 sonoma 4 cylinder that lately doesnt seem to have a lot of power and bogs the more I push nthe pedal. I changed the egr valve, plugs and wires. I checked the fuel pressure and get 40 lbs. Is this the correct pressure for this engine?

Nevermind, It was a bad cadillac converter.
