There may be an easier way, but one way would be to get a Lakewood bellhousing. Its drilled for both types of trannys and both BOP and chevy patterns. It also has provisions for both mechanical and hydrualic actuation. Hydraulic master cylinders are available both aftermarket as replacement parts from stores. F-body should work fine. Its as easy (easy is a relative term) as bolting the MC behind the pushrod hole in the firewall, hose to the slave mounted on the bell, and the proper fork on the clutch.
