87 6000 problem

hi i have a 87 6000 with the 2.5 cyl its a grat car but i have notcied lately that if im sitting at a stoplight my car will start running rough then the check engin light comes on( the more electrical things i use the faster it will come on) but if i put in in nuteral and rev it a little it will go away.
i got my bat and alt tested both passed bat was 12.6 i belive and alt was between 14.3 and 14.9

If a scanner is used there should be a history code.

turns out the guy was doing it wrong the code was 45 o2 sensor rich

Could be caused by a rich mixture, flooding injector, poor vacuum to the map sensor, excess fuel pressure to name a few . Engine missfire.

i dont understand why it only does it at a low idle only in gear
