jeep barely stops

need help!!
replaced master cylinder, pads, and rotors.... still haveing an issue stopping.. it makes the truck swerve the the left whenever I hit the brakes..
and with the truck off I fully bled them and the peddle gets rock hard
whats going on? im not leaking anything.. :disappoin
back shoes are close to the drum...(already looked at there distance)
Its a 93 jeep cherokee sport 4dr 2wd 4.0 no abs

OK so you've bled all 4 wheels. The only thing you didn't replace is the front calipers. I'd look there next.

Did you bleed the master cylinder?
Jack the front of the vehicle up both sides.. Have someone hit the brakes while you spin the tire... make sure they are both the same. (one doesn t spin more freely) if so check for a seized caliper
also check the perch where the brake pads ride and make sure there are no deep grooves where the pad wore the perch away
