i'm not good with types of turbo's...but considering it says td04 on it...thats what i'm going with

^^TDO4 could be many different turbos. It could be 9bs, 13G's, 19T's, etc. It's hard to tell with nothing to compare it next to. Try looking up the part number.

looks like a DR650r, and if i was to bet, i'd say it is. Check the turbine wheel and see if its been clipped. If it has then it definitely is.

thats not a T-style wheel. I'm pretty sure its a DR650R

Hmm well I thought it was a 9b originally, but I was told later that it isn't. Well if it helps here is a picture of a 9b next to whatever turbo it is.

Looking at them like that wont help you. Besides ones a front and ones a rear. You need to look at the wheel design itself.
Its definitely not a 9b. 9b's have 12 blades whereas yours only has 10. It looks almost identical to the DR650 Hotshot posted.

True, when I look at the blades more closely it definitely looks the same as those 19T's. Just curious what is the potential of a 19T turbo?

Its not a 19T. Again the 19T has 12 blades. Look at the curvature of the blades as well.
Now look at the DR650. 10 blades and no real curvature. Much like the turbo you posted.
As for the DR650, its much like a 15G in potential. They can get you into the 11's with supporting mods.
