2001 stratus 4cyl

My sister and I are looking to trade in her 98 breeze, which has 2 cracked pistons. Anyway we're looking at a very nice 01 stratus 4cyl. It has approx 45000. It's being sold by a local chevy dealer. Can anyone let me know of ANY problem areas that they've had or know of. I am referring to major problems that should not happen, things that cost a lot of money and all that. So please any help would be greatly appreciated.
