Kidney transplant needed

Well i have never been in this situation before, so here goes my best at it.

We have a lady that works for us and today she told us that her daughter is in need of a kidney transplant. Her daughters name is Kathy Trisk, and she is registered at the U of M hospital here in Ann Arbor. She wanted me to get the word out that if anyone knows of someone willing to donate a type O positive kidney, they would literally be a life saver. I am told her daughter is ok right now, and will be starting dialysis in the next day or two. She is currently on a list, with a 4 year wait.
