I'm a Rusty Wallace fan. Although I also like Jeff Gordon's style. Jeff won Watkins Glen last week "Twice". He was intentionally rubbed and bumped off twice, 1st lap and last lap. Grrrrr. I would have been soooo pissed. All I can say at Michigan is Jeff deserves the win and "Go Rusty"!!! :sly:

And it was his fault, no matter how much he whines about it. He probably would have gotten 5th had he stayed out of the groove.

My favorite drivers?
DAVE BLANEY AND TONY RAINES!!!
I must say though, I have followed Jimmie Johnson since his ASA days and I like everything about him, except who he drives for. I also think Kasey Kahne is starting to catch my eye. I liked him in Busch, but to be honest, I though wasn't gonna do a damned thing in Cup, but it seems as if I'm wrong! Also look for for David Stremme to kick a little ass soon in Busch and hopefully in Cup.

Yeah Blaney is my favorite "underdog", he ran very strong at Atlanta and Daytona, hopefully he'll get a sponsor soon. I really didn't expect Stremme to do well in Busch, but he surprised me a lot. Chip has an eye for talent.

Actually Stremme drives for Braun, a team out of Winamac, Indiana. They are partnered with Chip Ganassi and Felix Sabates, but Todd Braun is actually the one who brought David up to where he is now. Braun and Stremme raced late models with my dad at Plymouth Speedway and South Bend Motor Speedway, in northern Indiana just a few years ago and thats how he was discovered.

Never knew Braun was the one who brang him up, everywhere I looked Ganassi got the credit.

My buddy broke the rear end. Ran the deck into a hill a jamed it all up. We just picked up another one today. It is in fair condition and runs good. The #8 will be coming out soon. We where building a deck and the home owners asked if we wanted it for free. Told us to get it out of the way.

you should just go to places, ask to cut their lawn for money, and have a big race between like 5 mowers.. you guys would be the fastest mowing company around.

All living legends. Dale junior wins so often, he has flames on the sides of his eyes. Then Rusty, never let's those kids get away from him, and always runs up front in the pack top 10. Tony Sterart? :grinno: (cough cough)Then of course the world's most noted legendary highly recognized race car driver of all time, Jackie Stewart.

Who can bring it around? Who can highball at 190mph+ and bring it up front? Not many make it to highball up front, and very few stay there for very long. It's chess on wheels! Who can bring it around?! That is the question!...:sunglasse

Jimmie Johnson! I like Mark Martin but the man is getting old so I figured it was time to pick a new driver and thats how I ended up with 48. I just want to see Gordan get 8 championships or atleast 7 to piss off the earnhardt fans. ANYBODY BUT DALE!

i have a question:
I cant deny the drawing power of nascar, but what really is hte draw? watching 3500lb, steel framed, pushrod powered rolling billboards crash into each other for hours upon hours. It is the least technically advanced racing fair out there. The thought of variable valve timing, and turbos would make a nascar diehard fan pass out. whats the big deal? why do some americans love it so much??? and the favorite driver? umm, dont they all just drive in a big circle? i could be wrong.
That's stupid :iceslolan :screwy: :screwy:

I'm a big fan of Roush Racing. The first driver I ever really followed was Mark Martin. Mark is a champion in my eyes no matter if he has the trophy or not. Carl Edwards is an incredible driver and a really good person too. When he won the truck race at Daytona last year he gave the trophy to a kid that was with him. I place Kurt Busch right up there with Jeff Gordon as one of the best drivers in the series right now and I think if anyone has what it takes to repeat the title these days its Kurt. Greg Biffle and Matt Kenseth are both great drivers as well.
Other than the Roush drivers I'm also a big fan of Kasey Kahne, Tony Stewart, and Kyle Busch.

I like Dale Earnhardt Jr., but I still think he is a few years from a title. He is just lacking the bulletproof consistency some of these other teams like Roush and Hendrick have. Just my opinion I could be completely wrong. Kasey Kahne is my favorite by far if I could only pick one driver out there although Carl Edwards is getting closer. He is having a lot of bad luck so far, but I think it can be somewhat attributed to the softer tires.

Mark Martin, been my favorite ever since I started following NASCAR's premere series in 1994...lookin for a title finally in his last full season, looks like it's gonna be tough, with his best competition coming from his teammates.

Bobby Labonte, granted he's not a title contender and he's been struggling, but he's still one heck of a driver because he's one of the rare, but true, clean drivers. He races you hard without putting you in the wall. If more drivers were like him, we wouldn't have guys slugging each other after races b/c they were putting each other in the wall!

My all-time favorite is Jeff Gordon. Like him or not you can't dispute he is one of the USAs best ever.
