77 auto value??

any thoughts on what a 77 vette is worth, body good, paint faded, trans slips, possible miss(bad cam?), int fair, t-tops, aftermarket wheels with some rust. new exhaust, approx 100k??? 350/auto. also, is there band adjustments on t-350 trans? thanx for any thoughts. anybody???????? just looking for ballpark figures toget an idea???????
