98 Accord - Clock Fuse/Fuse #13 - Multiplex Control Unit Issue???

Ok, so my headlights turn off when I turn off the keys when they used to stay on and the car would "ding".

My clock used to work and the clock fuse keeps on blowing out on contact.

I have already replaced the Passenger Side Multiplex Control Unit...Did the dealership sell me the wrong one and it should have been the driver side or is there a diagnostic I'm missing???

Also, glove box light doesn't work and neither do either vanity lights and I can't pass inspection because this fuse sets the ready codes for the computer.

Any help would be appreciated!!!
