intake manifolds

I have a 318 that im rebuilding, and planned on goin big with it and carbing it, i know what im getting myself into with all the work i got ahead of me, but i just have one question before i start buying stuff, will an older intake manifold from an onlder engine (pre 80's) bolt onto a '95 Magnum? Are they different bolt patterns? do the mounting bolts go in to angles or straight in?
