Console Swap

What is an easier console swap to do in a 1990 Civic HB?

1. CRX..........but wouldnt it be hard to get the climate controls to angle towards the driver?

2. Integra?

right now its just a filler piece, driverside fender, and passenger mirror

Oh and what are some of the problems people run into doing the integra swap? And if anyone has pictures of theres and have a few pointers that would really help me out thanks!

Problems, doesnt line up perfect, and the color is often mismatched.

It's not that hard to do, You'll want to take out the the present radio and ac part and the bottom piece that has the cig. light and the ashtray will come off pretty easily after you take all the scews out that hold it on. Then with the console out of the car mount the top piece on the console how you want it and drill the necessary holes. it lines up almost perfect on the passenger side but on the driver's side the console is a little longer than the stock piece so it hangs out a little in the back but it's not noticeable, I think I may try to cut the excess off of mine if I can find a way to get a smooth edge, anyway there's a good how-to on it on http://www.4thgenerationcivic.com it looks perfect as long as you put enough time in to it.
