94 Taurus Power Window Problem

The Drivers window goes down about an inch every time I click the button...needless to say I have to start rolling down the window as soon as I leave the house when I'm on my way to Taco Bell drive through. Anyway the window goes up no problem. Sound like the motor or the switch?
