I suppose you've checked the obvious, fuses inside, and fuses at the power distribution box?

The first cause listed in any troubleshooting index is fuses, followed by defective multifunction switch.

Is anything else out?

Fuse #3 also powers the multifunction switch, check that one too.

Had that same exact problem before.
Try giggling the hazard light switch around.
That should work.
