check engine light and starting problem

Hi all, My first post need help. bought 99 GMC savana 5.7 check engine light stays on trouble codes P0171 and PO174 system lean and also sometimes I'm having starting problem, fuel pressure 60 psi ignition on and then drops to 20 pci but if i turn the ignition on again jumps to 60 psi.

Welcome to AF, pump is bad or the press. regulator " spider" assy under the plenum is leaking, very common.
