1990 B2 Ignition Fuse

Alright, I keep blowing a 60Amp Fuse in the ignition spot (all the way to the front)
Replaced the ignition switch/solenoid and cleaned the battery cables.. Starts/Rev's now but when I try to start driving it blew after driving about 2 ft.
It's a manual. and the first time it blew was when I was driving..
What else could it be?
