1988 lesabre, where is the ignition fuse

when you turn on the car all the dash lights come on. when you goe to start the car there is nothing. I had a bad starter which i replaced.under the hood in the firewall one of the wires to the battery terminal smoked. it has been replaced, it was the one that has two red wires going into a single orange. The orange one fried. does anyone know where the inline ignition fuse is. i can turn the key on and take a screwdriver and jump the starter and the car runs find.
