99 passport CEL after IMGs

Thanks for all the help on previous thread. The computer had P0172 "Fuel trim system too rich (cylinder bank no.1)" P0174 "Fuel trim system too lean (cylinder bank no.2)" P0300 "Random/multiple cylinder misfire detected" and P0401 "Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, insufficient flow detected".

After the IMG change (upper and lower) I get P0401 "EGR" and P0172 rich bank 1. Any ideas? I'm thinking new EGR and an 02 sensor!?

As always, any insight is appreciated!

Have you ever cleaned the EGR and pipe?

Nope, I remember seeing a writeup for that. Well, the owner sprayed the EGR with brake cleaner and I did as well, but no intensive cleaning. I guess I'll check in to that. Any ideas on the other code? The owner says he was told the o2 sensors need to be cleaned?! How do you clean o2 sensors?

Thanks!

It is the O2 sensor working properly telling you the mixture is rich. You cannot clean them. If you want to change one, they are about $55 at AutoZone, but I think you have another issue.

Any ideas on where to start? I had a buddy fail emissions on his toy for high HC. Turns out all his plugs wiggled after he "tuned it up". Supposed to be new plugs, wires, etc on this but I'll have a look there first.
