Aveo+autocross

Wow, has anyone entered a Chevy Aveo in an auto cross, Other than me that is. I entered a rented aveo in the ssscc auto cross this last weekend. OMG it was a lot of fun, and everyone that was there was really surprised at how well the really little car did.

check it out. I will try and post some of the videos as soon as possible. Let me know your thoughts, and if anyone has done it before.

I did ok You have to remember the car was bone stock, shitty tires, and probably been abused in the past, after all it was a rental. but other than that. it was my first time running in an auto cross and there was a guy there in a v6 tiberon and we were smoking his times.

If your going to do it, i do suggest adjustable springs, set it up for the track for the day. This one was at a speedway, so there was a lot of turning and shifting off and on camber.

But ya, get a good set of tires, and a good suspension setup,and maybe pep it up a little bit for getting started on the slow parts.
