ok, then the rear defogger is not controled by a relay, it's controlled trhought the ETACS, so if all you accessories are ok it's most likely that the defogger fuse is busted.
Is the fuse 5 in the interior fuse box, a 30A fuse.
Fuse number 5 here :

oups, my bad, didn't look at the right place, the rear defogger HAVE a relay, it's in the back of the car. BTW, what is a body control module??? 'cause we don't have that in our cars! (might be the ETACS I mentionned) and if the relay is the one I think it should be around 20$ at the dealer.
The relay is M25 (look in the trunk area, you'll see M25 with a line pointing the relay) :

another what? relay, man you really need to be specific when you talk! lollllll
If you're telling me there is another relay I'll say, of course!
What you need to do is try to see if you have another similar relay on the car and swap it with the one you mostly think it's the M25 and then test the defogger.
If nothing happen replace the relay and try another one, but be sure to have a working relay.
You can also just remove one relay test it on a 12v batt. and do that for the relays in that area you think are the M25.

if the fuse is ok and the relay also, you have the wires left, might have a cut wire somewhere ... good luck with that, it's a pain in the ass, I talk from experience! :(
