Question

Ok, this has really been pissing me off lately. Whenever I'm using photoshop and I'm using something like the lasso tool and I need to move the bar to see more of the picture I can just move the lasso tool to the top, bottom, or right of the page and it will move. When I try to move left it wont work!!!! That makes it hard when I want to zoom in to select something and I need to move left. I cant! Can somebody tell me how to fix this or is it just a glitch in photoshop? Thanks

i dunno bout that but i do know that if you workin in photoshop and you cant see the edges you can allways press TAB.......then to take it off you press TAB...........

If you turn rulers on it lets you move to the left.

also! how come my vector tool does not work? it says none of the shapes were more than 50% selected!
