hello my oil drain plug is rounded i took it to get an oil change adn they said that they can not get it off is there anything i can do or any tool that can be used that will get it off

Vise grips will do the job.

Yea, that shop must be pretty lazy if they can't figure out that you could use vise grips to get it out.
