can i get this wing anywhere without buying the whole transkit?

I'd suggest the GT wing kit from aoshima, build your own uprights, and wing tips. the base appears to be just a modified factory wing.

What you're showing a photo of appears to be a Renaissance transkit, my first suggestion would be to start with them.
