How do you replace left rear pasngr window motor

I have a 2002 LT - left rear passenger window makes noise going down and won't go all way back up. How do you get to the guts of the window assembly? Any help will be GREATKY appreciated!!

You need to replace your window regulator... they are a common replacement item on these models.
