Very poor radio reception...antenna conection?

Hi all,

Bought a used 05 2 months back, past few weeks the radio receptions gone to hell because I think it's due to loose aerial connections at the roof antenna.

Every time I hit RR tracks or tar strips receptions intermittent...and if I slap the roof it comes in clear as a bell...so...

Alldata shows how to disco ant. but no info on getting the headliner down.

I was wonder’ in if anyone has pulled the headliner off before to work on antenna, and if there’s any "gottchas" involved.

Just went out and popped the liner down. Pulled 3 "buttons" out to lower headliner.

Turned on radio, pushed on cable/bottom of antenna-receptions fantanstic. :grinyes:
