Was wondering if anyone has any knowledge, experience or can direct me to where I can find out more about this electronic rust-proofing protection product. Does it really work? Well? Is it as effective or better (or worse) than underbody sprays? We have a brand new vehicle and want to take measures to protect it before salt season hits!

I'll be very interested to hear some actual experience. The theory is sound; electrically occupying the electrons of the iron molecule to prevent oxygen from bonding with it. But its been around a while and hasn't really caught on so I'm anxious to hear if it works.

There are some aussie 4wd'ers who claim it works (whatever version they're using). They're doing a lot of beach work where the conditions are rather extreme.

But I've come across other people who claim they don't work.
