1996 Transport No Hazard or Right Hand Turn Lights

It started yesterday afternoon…No left hand turn lights, no right hand turn lights but when right hand turned on rear hazard lights seem to be on, though not all lamps light up, not sure if I had hazard lights yesterday as I didn’t check them. Power sliding door not working. No instrument panel lights. After dark could not read my gages.
This morning I went and checked the fuses and found the tail fuse needed to be replaced but all other fuses are fine.
-Now the only things wrong are the hazards don’t work.
-I have no left hand turn lights…this is to say I can hear the ding, ding, ding when turned on but can not see the little flashing light on the dash and both front and rear lights do not blink.
-I still have no instrument panel light.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Dorathy

The classic about turn/brake lights gone awry is lost ground in the lamp cluster or ground return wire. So when you try to activate a set of lights, have a measurement taken on the ground side of lamp cluster relative to a solid and verified body ground. If 12v shows on ground side (it should not) , run a new separate ground wire . Another sign of this condition or test method is: turns the parking lights ON....they should light up...then activate brake or turn or hazard, well, those that refuse to flash normally....if parking tail lights flash instead or simply go dead, you definitely have a ground problem.
It can be something else, but grounds must be verified first.

Thanks so much for the reply.
In addition to my original post I forgot to mention, yes no brake lights too.
I have just come back from dropping my son off and the right hand turn signal is not working again as well as all the above.
I pulled the fuse that controls the lights hazards etc. and found it to be fried replaced it with the horn fuse and after starting the car this fuse blew too.
Will try your suggestions baring in mind It will take me a while to figure out were the lamp cluster or ground return wire might be as I am some what of a newbie at this sort of thing. Will use my owner’s manual and any on line help I can find.
Any additional help or comments would be appreciated.
Thanks

OK...well the fact that the fuse blows is a problem in inself, separate from a failed ground problem. Let gp with the voltage test..the second method I gave would do the same service..but for the time being, you have a problem other than failed ground...in fact you probably have a short somewhere...and of course, it might be a ground fault to the 12 V supply , and it might be in the same area anyway...so unless this is cleared, you will keep blowing fuses. This in itself can be the cause for everything.
Rear lamp clusters for '97 models and on are renown for internal corrosion, but it is not a common issue with the 90-96 model, but I'd take these rear lamp clusters out anyway for a check....
