Best way change the Throttle position sensor?

Anyone have suggestions on the easiest way to get the torx screws out? Should I use a socket torx bit and what should I move out of the way?

What year Blazer & motor are you referring to?

2000 LT 4x4 4.3L

My '97 was totalled, I'll check my daughter's 2000 S10 when she gets home.

Looks like the intake air duct and thermostat housing gooseneck need to be removed to access the TPS.
You'll need to drain some coolant.
