Whistling Coasting 25mph-40mph

Hi, any help really appreciated guys & gals. I've got a 92 GTO twin turbo.
Got this anoying whistling noise between 25-40mph but only under coasting. When i power it stops. I thought it could be a dry bearing or similer, but with my limited skill and knowledge, i could be looking for years! lol
