a/c heater fan

my 2003 heater fan switch seems to not be working on the first 2 positions it works only in the 3 rd and 4th position any idea what could be the problem i it the switch or the motor it self thanks

Likely it's the heater relay.

ok thanks and were is the relay located and is it expensive
