wont start after install new engine!! help

I have a 91 caila with a 2.3 quad 4. I had to replace the engine in it after I ran through a water puddle & sucked up water into the engine and froze it up. noe I cant get any spark or injecters to work. Car turns over, I replaced the idi box and the crank sensor. Ive check all the sensor plugs and am getting power to all of them, but not to the injecters or to the coils. I used a noide light on the injecter harness, but no power. I swaped out the ecm & still no power. what next? anyony have any suggestions? thanks

Welcome to AF, check all your pcm and injector fuses for starters, if ok go to autozone.com, repair guides, for wiring diagrams to track down that circuit.
