Every now and then, an itty bitty country that really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things whatsoever sticks its head and and says "look at me, I'm still here, we can be a world player too." Its kinda cute in its own way.

Norway could ban anything with wheels, not one of the manufacturers would even notice.
