Insurance?

How much are you guys paying for insurance? I'm in Texas and Safeauto quoted me at 414 a month! for an srt-4, well really any neon since they didnt have the srt-4 as an option. I'm 21 with a clean driving history I was just wondering what you guys might be paying, as this is going to weigh heavily on my decision of getting the car or not. also it was for an 04' srt-4.

Something is definitely up with 414 a month...you might want to try researching some different companies. Mine is 245 a month. I'm pretty much 20 with a perfect record. I'm with state farm though and get a discount through the family. Remember other things like location and such can play a nice roll too. When I lived in Houston, I paid right around 275 a month but when I moved out to this podunky pop. 50k town it dropped down 30 dollars. If you do get insurance through that company you need to make sure it's for the srt-4 not the neon. There is definitely a big difference...and will matter if you got into an accident.

Also, if they are charging 414 a month for a base grade regular neon then something is definitely wrong with them.
