dragon hood

I am thinking about buying the dragon hood from Nopi.

Does any one know if it has a latch that locks the hood

or do I have to use hood pins?

i used hood locks on my CF hood cause it kept on popping up on the freeway..... later on i read alot of site recomend hood pins
the reason why i choose locks is because around here they know how to pop hoods and disconect the battery + the cops pop hoods and check for carb #s
