93 grand am electrical problems

hi, and hope someone can help, 93 ga 3.3 just bought. problems, fan doesnt kick on causing car to run hot jumped the fan moter it works, bad relay or temp sensor in block? But this is where it gets ugly door locks, lock when put it in drive,doesnt from locks,power mirros & drivers seat dont work,dash lights,gas gauge not working,temp,oil & batt do work,fog lights do not but yellow light by swithch does. Then the biggest, started to look in to the dash found the cigerette ligher orange/black wire to fuse box, csty fuse, fried to copper ,fixed what i could see, I know from reading on here ctsy fuse for door locks, cig could be problem with ecm? thanks for any suggestions and help.

check ALL fuses first.. be sure to include main fuses

Look inside your lighter for loose change, dimes, pennies and nickles fit in there quite nicely and short things out.

all my fuses in box are fine, i deleted the cigerette lighter,there was a orange black wir that went to ctsy fuse on box, + power i believe, so there is no wire coming out of ctsy fuse, it looked like it went directly to cigerette lighter but maybe spliced back in some where, maybe open circuit? belive me it was a mess in there ,thanks and hope for more suggestions electrical is the worst!
