Your vehicle uses a Toyota system. You can clear the code and reset the airbag light this way. Using the datalink connector, locate terminals TC & AB
Connect two test leads to terminals "TC" and "AB" of the DLC. NOTE: Make sure that the test leads have sufficient length to reach into the passenger compartment. If the leads are too short, you will not be able to watch the air bag indicator and, consequently, not know if the DTCs were cleared.
Route the test leads into the passenger compartment.
Turn the ignition switch to "ACC" or "ON" and wait at least six seconds.
Ground the test lead connected to terminal "TC" for one second.
Remove the "TC" test lead from ground and IMMEDIATELY ground the test lead connected to terminal "AB" for one second.
Repeat this procedure two more times.
Continuously ground the "TC" test lead until the air bag indicator flashes rapidly (50 millisecond cycles). If the air bag indicator remains illuminated, then repeat Steps 4, 5 and 6.
Turn the ignition switch to "LOCK."
Disconnect the test leads from the DLC.
