Hey i was out for a night 4x4in and got into a really bad trail, was going over things like stumps and stuff really rough

i noticed my vehicle seems to wander more than it did before or be less smooth on the highway.

The wheels and tires are fine, what would be the first thing to check?

Thx, Ryan

Frist thing I would do is, rotate the front tires to the back and if it goes away, you know something is wrong with a front tire.

Well then you must have damaged something in your off-road travels, tie rod, drag link etc. But it could be anything, might be wise to find a good front end shop and have them drive it and inspect for damage.

i checked the tie rods, both inner and outter and the relay rod there doesnt appear to be any damage but is there any way to tell other than just visible physical damage?

First of all thanks everyone who has posted suggestions for me i really appreciate it.

Next thing i want to ask, i have noticed another issue that has started when this wandering on the road started. It happens randomly and not every single time.
When im driving in a parking lot for example. I pull past a parking spot then put the truck into reverse and start to back up and start cranking the wheel to get into the parking spot as im slowly backing and turning the wheel i hear a clunk or a pop sound from somewhere under my vehicle i cant tell where its coming from but it started doing this at the same time as it started wandering.
Any suggestions would be great guys as i must try to fix this issue myself cant really afford to take it to one of the rip off shops we have around my town.
