Unfortunately, not the first time there's been a thread on AF about this. :(

I've heard plenty of complaints, I checked their Ebay feedback which isn't that bad...but I looked for more. Every customer that gave them negative feedback was given retaliatory (negative) feedback. This makes it impossible to deal with them fairly, that's why so few people leave them negative feedback. Caveat Emptor. Ebay doesn't make it easy to work with companies like this.

guess I got lucky, actually got what I ordered, took about five months, emailed them about the delay and never got any response, parts just showed up couple months later.

They're nice people but crappy at running the business end. I only buy from them at shows. I've bought a couple of things off they via evilBay and got them quickly, but this was a couple of years ago.

When I'm considering buying from sellers with a FB score below 99%, I always check with http://www.toolhaus.org.

On their site - a real public service, IMO - you don't have to sort through all the seller's FB to find the negs. Merely by entering the seller's eBay ID, you can get just the negative feedback, along with any seller responses, of course. Sometimes the responses are more enlightening than the complaints - they give you a sense of the seller's attitude toward their customers, whether it's positive or negative.

EBay could provide FB information in the same format; the fact that they don't is a good indication how pro-seller they really are. In fact, sometimes Toolhaus has to close down because eBay makes it difficult for for them to get feedback information.

Clearly, eBay does not want you to have FB information in a format that might discourage you from buying except from the very worst sellers. Caveat emptor!

If you want their phone number it's 507-348-4071. I took the "nice" approach with them and it worked, got my stuff in two weeks(after waiting 2 months). Also be sure your paypal info is all up to date. They somehow had a very old email address with my order and I know I updated my paypal account.

Thats a very informative and helpful reply Didymus. Thanks for sharing it with us. Does this business have a shop? If so, has anyone been there before? I myself havent heard about this shop before. Maybe they are one of those small local hobby shops that advertise in their website items they dont actually have in stock. House of Hobbies have many Revell car kits in stock but very, very, very little stock of all the other companies yet their website shows they carry many models made by, for example, Tamiya. They order from someone and then pass the kit on to whoever place an order with them. Don't get me wrong because I used them as an example. They are cool guys, very polite and willing to help their customers. They are loaded with supplies for those living in the L.A., Glendale and Burbank areas.

*Looking at Arrowhead's site* They have a B.O. Box address and email as our only means of communicating with them. If i was looking for something to buy and saw I only had those two options of getting in touch with them I would have closed the window right about now.
