2003 ion

my girlfriend has an 03 ion. how many members on here are having problems with their turn signals. turn signal works when it feels like it, it blinks normal but then from time to time it will blink fast as if there was a burnt light but once i go and check the bulb the bulb is good. i know it was recalled about a year ago. saturn took care of it, but the problem is still continuing after a year. so if any one is still having a problem with it what did you all do to take care of the problem.
