lug sizes for a 92' tsi awd

i bought some new rims for my car from a friend for $150 and the rim that i have needs a special lug to fit the small and long hole.does anyone know any sizes to buy to fit my rims and car? :'

A picture is worth a 1000 words. I have no idea what you're talking about....special lugnuts? I've had 4 different pairs of rims on 4 different cars and used regular lugnuts every time.
