Anyone else watching this? Or read the books? I watch almost NO TV, but I'm hooked on this show.

Yup great first season and this one is starting out to be crazy.

I've only seen 2 episodes. It was pretty good. My old roommate was the one that told me to watch. He'd give up every other channel just to be able to watch Dexter

I love how the little side-thread stories act like red herrings for the main story.

"WTF is Doakes doing? Is that going to get Dexter exposed? Oh, maybe not."

As a matter of fact its on right now on SHO.

I saw the pilot because Showtime was offering a free sample that weekend. I wouldn't mind watching the other episodes. Unfortunately, I get HBO and Cinemax which pretty much sucks...
