One I started a while back and Sean's initiative motivated me to get it finished at last.
Built using the Tamiya kit of the 206 NZ winner and a multitude of other aftermarket bits and pieces to complete the build, built to represent Richard's car which he buried in a ditch while leading the rally.
I tried to get the best possible quality photos but my work hours currently seldom get me home while there is daylight to spare. Apologies for not the best photos.

Those of you familiar with the kit and the real car will recognize everything taken care in the kit.
Thanks for looking :)

Sensational work as always. One question - is the "206" on the front mesh aircrushed using a PE template as a mask?

Sweet build, nicely detailed. Outdoor pics would be great. Also the antennas came out great!

Thanks guys, appreciate the feedback.
Grant, I did use a P/E template for the '206'
Midmazar, unfortunately those are taken outdoors but by the time of day I have been getting home, the light is already fading :(

Wow, very nice 206 !
Nevertheless I'd like to give my opinion about something you may not appreciate, but...
In fact my usual "problem" with that :naughty: :evillol: :
I think you put too much black in panel lines, especially those of the fog lights...! I find the black lines really heavy there, compared to the ones of the rear...
But it's only my point of view. That doesn't mean I don't like ! :nono: :grinno:
Another thing I noticed, too is that it seems you forgot the Sparco decals on the roll cage, didn't you...?
That said, I must say I really like the general result and the detailing work, especially the one you've done on the full tank !
and the antennas, too.
Really nice !

Really nice work Ray.The interior is very nicely detailed and excellent job on the exterior, particularly the large red decals on the side.I know they are difficult to get on smoothly.Well done.

Nice to see this one finally finished Ray. Excellent work, you've nailed all the mods, which are very extensive as SeanyG is finding out in his Evo 3 build. Congrats again it is very welcome to see a 206 done right! :)

No, I didn't. I didn't forget anything that wasn't there. ;)
excellent job on the exterior, particularly the large red decals on the side
Thanks, the large areas of the red are actually airbrushed.
Phil (RallyRaider), I had a feeling you'd be one to notice all the corrections I made :) Thanks.

Woah, great stuff Ray. Why didnt you post these pics before I had finished mine - it would have definately given me more inspiration to go the extra mile. The interior is outstanding and that dash is top drawer, Im only glad my camera is not upto getting as good close up pics as yours which conveniently saves my blushes. :-)
I echo what Phil said, so nice to see a Pug done right. Great Stuff.

Very nice. The NZ pug is much a undermodeled version - nice to see one that's not lowered to the weeds! Good detail and nice, clean finish. :smokin:
