1997 neon 2dr Stalling abruptly. Starts immediately after key off.

So I'm running late for work. traveling 80 mph down the freeway and the car just dies. I calmly, while still rolling in the passing lane, turn the key off count to 2 and back on and the car takes off again.

Any Ideas. It happens randomly. Once every month then 3 times in one day. then not again for a week. Seems electrical. No sputtering. No hesitation. Just pure dies. then key off, and key on and all is well.

I'm thinking bad relays maybe. Any ideas?

Camshaft position sensor possibly. Check all your connections and make sure they are clean and in all the way.
