integra EXTREME rear bumper problem

Does anyone have the Integra EXTREME rear bumper? I do, and its pissing me off. How the hell did you install a rear license plate light on it? Theres hardly room to put anything there. Im sick of getting tickets because of it. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
