1998 Serbring LxI to buy or not

Here are the specs, its a 1998 sebring coupe with 106k for $3,899usd nice condition going to have to do some cosmetic work inside.... a couple of questions i have. 1) the driver door, the key wont unlock it i have to go to the passenger side unlock it with the key and hit the unlock button then walk back over, any idea of what it can be? 2) Did a remote (keyless) come standard witht the Lxi that i would be able to get one and program. 3) side molding on drive door on bottom he has a screw going in it to hold it on, going to take the screw out and put some kind of adhesive on it, any recommendations on how to fix that. Thats the only problems runs great comes with 3 month warranty company:C.A.R.S Also ran a car fax $29.99 unlimited so if anyone needs a report let me know. It was totally clean in the car fax.
