96 Caviler

Do I have a horn relay & where is it located? My Haynes manual doesn't tell me to much about the relay. My horn does not work. I found one of the 2 wires going to the horn broken off at the connector. I took the horn off, checked it with the battery and it works. I fixed the wire & connector & put the horn back on and it still is not working. I hope this car has a horn relay & it is not working
