I have a 2004 Grand Caravan and recently when I start it I hear the sound of water? I have checked the cabin and there are no signs of a leak, does anyone have a clue what this could be?

It's not a CD is it? The radio? lol
OK, thinking maybe you are low on coolant. Is the overflow filled to the full mark? Do check your radiator when it's cool and see if it's full too. If it is low fill it up then turn it on and let it warm up, check for leaks.
When mine did this I had problems with the rear heater lines rusting through and leaking which then pulled air into the system. This caused my water sound. The sound I heard came from the heater core behind the dash. Had to replace rear heater lines. No sound since then.

An A/C system will hiss when it's low on coolant but, that's usually at shutdown.
