Thermostat

When replacing the thermo does it just pop out or twist out? I could not get mine to pop out at all or even move for that matter. ANY suggestions would be great.

Normally it will remove by hand and pop out. But if it is stuck just use some pliers or other suitable tool. Sometimes it requires a little bit of pressure to pop it out of the intake manifold housing.
