Hello,

The bolts holding the caliper mounting on my Jetta are on fairly tight and rusted up. Would anyone know which way they should unscrew? Is it counterclockwise or clockwise?

Thanks,
Devyn

Ok. They don't budge either way. Any recommendations to get the bolts off so I can get the disc off?

Thanks,
Devyn

get some pb blaster from autozone or oreillys to loosen up any rust. If that does not work another way to loosen any rust is to hit the bolt hard with a hammer and the vibration shakes the rust loose from the bolt, but i wouldnt recommend doing that on the calipers.
