Engine Stutter

Okay folks, I'm stumped. I've replaced my fuel pump, filter and fuel pressure regulator on my truck thus far, thinking that I was having a fuel pressure problem. But, it doesn't appear to be so.
Here's what's happening:
I have a 1992 Dodge W-250 with the older model TBI 5.9L V8. When running, it intermittenly acts like its not getting enough fuel, for about half a second, it goes rough, acts like its running out of gas, but then picks up and keeps going, the time internvals inbetween constantly fluctuate and there are times where it will not do it at all and then 10 minuates later start doing it again.
Twice, about two weeks apart, it has done a routine where I pushed the throttle down to get it moving from a dead stop and its made a little pop sound and lost all combustion for a half second then got going again.
I thought the fuel pump was on its way out, so I replaced that. Problems still there. Replaced the fuel filter, problems still there. Replaced the Fuel Pressure Regulator, problem still persists.
Right now, its most noticable when its either idling, the idle will go down a half second then pick back up, and when its at low speed, it stutters then gets going then stutters again, then gets going, but not every single time, just intermittenly. Once it gets up to higher RPM, usually freeway speeds its not as noticable, but if you listen you can hear the engine lose power for a split second here and there.
The accelerations been lacking lately as well, she doesn't seem to get up and go as quick.
Well, what's yer call? The distribtor cap and rotor are only a year old and the cap was replaced with a heavy duty copper one. All spark plug cables are new, borg/warner low impedence types, spark plugs are only 4000 miles in, autolite platniums. Ignition coils original. ~132,000 miles

Check with your auto parts stores and see if any can test your distributor/module and coil.
Mark the distributor housing and which direction the rotor button points to on the firewall with a crayon before pulling it completely out of the distrbutor hole, so you can put it back exactly like it came out.

Sorry I hadn't replied back, problem was traced to three internally damaged spark plug cables. The section of high tension wire had actually broken in two at the point where the retaining clip is crimped on (right above spark plug).
